Requirements:
• North Carolina licensed loan officer
• Ten years mortgage industry experience (minimum 5 years in loan origination)
• Long term ties to Charlotte and surrounding areas
• Existing sources of business

LOAN PROCESSOR
Requirements:
• North Carolina licensed loan officer
• Five years mortgage processing experience

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Requirements:
• Five years customer service or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Data Entry, Typing)
