The Loan Process
Offer Accepted
Congratulations! Your offer has been accepted by the home’s seller and contracts are signed. Now all that is left is the final approval of your loan, which includes:
- Processing. Your loan is processed and sent to the lenders with the most competitive rates for you.
- Underwriting. These lenders review your loan package and return the best possible interest rate back to American One Mortgage.
- Select the Best Rate. You will work with your loan representative at American One Mortgage to select the best interest rate and program.
